1. Booking and Confirmations

All online schedule requests represent preferred slots. Appointments are only finalized once confirmed by our Miramar clinic coordinators via telephone (+91 7796402367) or WhatsApp message.

2. Package Expiration Policies

Discounted rehabilitation packages are structured to ensure consistency in progressive physical loading:
- 5 Session Packages are valid for **30 days** from purchase.
- 10 Session Packages are valid for **60 days** from purchase.
- 20 Session Packages are valid for **90 days** from purchase.
Expired sessions cannot be refunded or transferred.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please notify our clinic at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled slot for rescheduling. Sessions missed without prior notice may be marked as consumed under the package terms.
